never2nv 2975b7d2eb Pub Release 
Added a prefix confurable option in the config.yml to soften this
private plugin for a public release. Allowing server admins to adjust
the prefix in the message to players upon death. (Was previously hard
coded to a FROSTBITE prefix. Our custom hardcore arctic survival
server.)

Updated to work with MC/Spigot API 1.21 so should work with 1.21 -
1.21.5. Tested fully on 1.21.4 and works perfectly.
